I’ve got this theme up and running on my blog, and for the most part it works except for the archives. Whenever I click on an archive link it spits back the error: “Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_tag() in /home/.leigh/…/visit-singapore-city/archive.php on line 11″
Any idea what that’s about? Thanks in advance for your help.

This is a backward compatibility issue. I have tried to fix it.
Please re-download the Visit Singapore City 1.1 from link above, and delete current theme folder and replace with the new folder.
